An address plus a size plus a photograph identifies a property. Once that is public, a buyer and a seller can meet without us — and the owner loses the discretion they came to us for. So we show enough to decide, and release the rest once the terms are agreed.

    Listings show what helps you decide — type, size, price, general location — and withhold the exact address. That protects the seller, and it is why owners list with us.

    Register interest

    Sign in with your email. No password, no application form. We will contact you.

  3. 03

    Accept the terms, then see everything

    Before we release the exact location and full details, you accept our commission terms — 2%, already included in the price you have been looking at. One screen, once per transaction type.

    Viewings and offers

    We arrange viewings and carry your offer to the owner. You can see whether a higher offer exists, never who made it.
