What happens after you press “I'm interested”

You pressed the button. Here is exactly what happens next — who moves at each step, and what unlocks when. Nothing in this path is automatic theatre: every step is either your deliberate act or ours, and you can see where things stand on your dashboard at any moment.

Step 1 — your interest is recorded

The moment you register interest, the property appears on your dashboard with its status, and the agent responsible is notified. You do not need to do anything else — but you can, immediately, and that is the point of the next step.

Step 2 — the agreement, whenever suits you

Before we reveal what we hold back, you accept our commission terms. This is self-serve: two in the morning works. You read one screen for each property; if you have accepted the same terms before for another property, confirming them for this one is a single tap. What you accepted stays available on your dashboard afterwards — the exact version, not whatever came later.

  • The asking price you see already includes our buyer-side fee. The price you see is the price you pay.
  • Accepting costs nothing and commits you to nothing except discretion with what we share.

In parallel — our call

An agent calls you, usually the same day. This is not a formality: it is how we verify you are real, answer what the listing deliberately leaves out, and understand what you are actually looking for. The call and the agreement happen in either order — neither waits for the other.

Step 3 — the full details

Once you have accepted the terms and we have spoken, your agent releases the full details to your dashboard: the exact size, the real photographs, and the area the property sits in. This is a person's decision, made after a conversation — details are released to people, not to email addresses.

Step 4 — the viewing

Your agent arranges a time and accompanies you in person. The exact address is shared at the viewing itself — that is the last veil, and it comes off face to face.

Step 5 — offers

From the moment you hold the agreement, you can make an offer — even before the details or the viewing, if you know the market and want to move first.

  • Offers are made in the listing's own currency, so every figure compares exactly.
  • One tap offers the asking price; or name your own figure, raise it, or withdraw it at any time before acceptance.
  • Our team reviews every offer before it counts. Other buyers see the highest reviewed amount and whether there are several offers — never who made them.
  • An offer is a serious expression of intent. Nothing binds anyone until a written contract is signed.

Step 6 — closing

When the owner accepts, we prepare the contract and you sign it with us. A copy is stored against your account, and your dashboard keeps both documents one tap away for good: the terms you accepted, and the contract you signed.

And at any point — before the agreement, after the viewing, mid-negotiation — you can simply step away. Tell your agent, and the file closes quietly. That is not a failure of the process; it is the process respecting that the decision is yours.
